UNIVERSITY OF UYO CELEBRATE 25 YEARS OF ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE




UNIUYO CELEBRATES


As UniUyo marks its silver jubilee (25 years) of academic excellence since establishment on 1st October 1991, hence the office of Mr & Miss University of Uyo in collaboration with the Student Union Government and Dream Style has decided to use the euphoria to organize a campus show which pays attention to host a silver jubilee UniUyo Award on 12th May 2017.



The award reception is designed to honor the outstanding legacies by students and alumni who has made remarkable life time achievements on campus and development of the larger society which many are visible in the local and state level in terms of social and political contributions.

The event venue is Barth Ebong Hall at annex campus from 3pm which starts with a red carpet reception and media interview.


Belvontimes spoke with one of the organizer of the event Favour Goodnews Philemon, a 300 level student of Political science and public administration and he said all is set for the event. 

He further said all alumni and students of the University are invited and that they are all preparing to have an awesome award night.
